Whether you need a transcript, job leads, exam review support, or a professional reference, our team is ready to help. We also welcome updates to your alumni information and are happy to assist with requests beyond this list—because once you’re part of the Apex community, you’re always supported.
Request a Transcript
Requesting a transcript is easy and free for alumni. Use the link below to send a transcript request through Populi. The process is quick, and your transcript is usually sent within one business day.
Schedule Review / Test Prep Time
Is there a subject or skill you'd like to go over again? Are you preparing for your CVPM exam or other credentialing testing? If you need some time with an instructor, we can schedule it!
Get a Reference Letter or Contact
If you would like an instructor or administrative staff member to write a recommendation, provide a reference, or serve as a contact for a reference call, please contact us to provide the details of the request and what we should expect.
Update Your Alumni Data
If your contact information, name, or job has changed, we'd love to know! Your alumni data helps us understand graduate placement and keeps your records/transcripts up to date.
